Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with My Working Law Limited t/a My Law. Payment in full is required at the time of booking your session. If you cancel 14 days before your consultation, we can offer you a full refund or reschedule your consultation as availability allows. If you cancel 14-5 days in advance we can offer you 50% refund or book you onto another consultation slot as availability allows. If you cancel between 5 days and 3 days in advance we will book you onto another session as availability allows but we will not refund your money. If you cancel less than 3 days in advance of your session, or you don't show up, we will not reschedule your consultation and we will not refund your money.
